1.1 Before an order can be placed with us, you are required to complete the registration form using our online service.
1.2 Once you have completed the registration form, the order will be deemed to have been placed. We will send you confirmation of receipt of the registration form detailing the information on the registration form. This will be done immediately by our Customer Service department, whichever method you specify.
1.3 Acceptance of the order takes place when we confirm receipt of the registration form by email or call.
1.4 Delivery will be made as per our fix delivery pattern.

2.2 The prices are reviewed periodically and can be changed

3.1 A delivery charge of 100 rupees would be charged per customer per month.
3.2 Payment can be made online through our Mobile App. This is an automated payment system. Payment can also be made by handover cheques to our Collection executive. Cheques should be on favor of SNA Milk and Milk Products Private Limited.
3.3 Physical collection of payment (Cash/Cheque) is chargeable i.e. RS 100 per invoice.
3.4 Incase of payment failure, we are not liable for the same
3.5 If your cheque happens to bounce due to insufficient funds or any other technical reason like signature mismatch, you would have to additionally bear Rs 200 penalty fee charges.

4. CANCELLATIONS/Rescheduling of Desi Farms Milk
4.1 if you no longer require milk because of any reason please call us on 9260605353 or write us on info@desifarmsindia.com to convey the message. If there is any outstanding, settlement needs to be done within 10 working days.
4.2 If, any rescheduling please inform us before 24 hours through any of the following mode

Please avoid using any digital platform like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram for rescheduling of milk order
4.3 If you don’t receive milk please call us on +91 9260605353 between 9.00 am to 12.00 pm noon of that particular day

5.1 We make every effort to keep the mobile app/website up and running smoothly. While we endeavor to ensure that this Mobile app/website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website/mobile app is unavailable at any time or for any period.
5.2 Access to this Website/mobile app may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

6.1 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not advise you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
6.2 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
6.3 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

7.1 While we endeavor to ensure that the information on this Website/mobile app is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website/mobile app. We may make changes to the material on this Website/mobile app, or to the products and prices described in it, there will be a notice on the site advising you of this.

8.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
